After recently moving to Ross's Property management team for their services, within a month they have proven to be very effective in communication and proactiveness for works required and general tenancy liaisons. We're regularly kept updated via emails and texts, and the Property Me app is full of detailed information to keep us informed of job progress, financials, etc. Given the recent changes to Queensland Rental laws, they have been very helpful with paraphrasing the changes and what that means for us as landlords, whilst balancing the interests of both us and our tenants.
