Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose personal information to property owners and tenants as relevant to a tenancy, contractors and tradespeople, residential tenancy database operators, government and regulatory authorities, our professional advisers, and our service providers. We do not sell personal information.
Residential tenancy databases
Where you submit a tenancy application, your personal information may be assessed against, and in limited circumstances and in accordance with the law listed on, a residential tenancy database. Where a listing is proposed, we will notify you in accordance with our legal obligations.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
